**How long does it take to receive my order?**  
Each item is made to order. Production takes 2–7 business days, and shipping times vary by country.

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide.

**Can I track my order?**
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can check the shipping status at any time.

**What materials are the T-shirts made of?**  
We use high-quality cotton blends from Printful. Please refer to each product page for detailed specs.

**How do I choose the right size?**  
Size charts are available on every product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

**Where are your products made?**
Our products are fulfilled by Printful, with items printed and shipped from facilities in the US, Mexico, or Europe depending on your location.

## Returns & Refunds

**Can I return or exchange my item?**  
Because our items are made to order, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges.  
However, if there’s an issue with your item, please contact us.

**What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?**
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund if eligible.

**Do you offer gift wrapping or messages?**
Unfortunately, we don’t offer gift wrapping at this time. However, our minimalist packaging is perfect for gifting.

**Will I be charged customs or duties?**
Depending on your location, customs fees or import taxes may apply. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.

**Can I request a custom kanji design?**  
Currently, we do not offer custom kanji, but we are planning to offer personalized options in the future!
